Mark is a principal of Barney & Barney’s Executive Risk Practice. In this role, he focuses on facilitating management liability insurance products for both public and private companies in the areas of directors & officers liability, transactional risk, employment practices liability, Initial Public Offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial-related coverages. Mark offers clients a keen insight to executive risk issues faced by both public and private companies. His strategic, forward-thinking approach provides clients with the results they need to achieve their goals.

Mr. Doscher has over 18 years experience in the executive risk arena and has expertise working with over 500 public companies. Prior to joining Barney & Barney, Mark was Senior Vice President and Executive Risk Practice Leader with Marsh San Diego. Previously, he spent several years as a Divisional Vice President for AIG in New York and Los Angeles.

Mark is active with the Corporate Directors Forum, Biocom, San Diego Venture Group and Financial Executives International.
