San Diego Office Recognized as "Best Place to Work"

Click HERE for pdf version of this release. Barney & Barney LLC, San Diego’s largest and oldest privately held insurance brokerage, took top honors in the Large Business Category as one of San Diego’s "Best Places to Work", an awards program hosted by the San Diego Business Journal.
The award rankings were based largely on the results of anonymous employee surveys that assessed how associates feel in regards to leadership; communication; work environment; training and development; benefits and pay; and more.
"This is a great honor, and we’re thrilled. As an owner of the company, of course I believe that we’re doing things right and that our associates enjoy the work they do – and it’s nice to get real validation of that from our associates. Nearly all of our associates took the anonymous survey, so we’re very proud of the results," said Paul Hering, Managing Principal and CEO of Barney & Barney.
